The Simpsons: Hit & Run takes players on a trip through the colorful streets of Springfield in a mission-based racing game with the ability to continue objectives on foot. Something is amiss in Springfield, as strange crop circles have been reported and people are suddenly disappearing. After Homer notices a mysterious satellite-equipped van parked outside his home, he takes it upon himself to discover the truth behind these unsettling events. A total of 17 characters are available for the mission-based driving sequences, with Homer, Marge, Lisa, Bart, and Apu able to leave their cars and enter such buildings as Moe's Tavern, the Kwik-E-Mart, Kamp Krusty, and the Springfield Power Plant. To lend a degree of authenticity to the game, the animated show's original cast recorded the voice-overs for their respective characters.

A gem from the 6th generation
2020 and this game still has a fun factor that is off the charts. Any fan of the tv show will love the how Springfield comes to life in all its locations, characters and vibe. The driving missions are hilarious and madcap. The characters appear to be voiced by the original performers, and the technical game elements (graphics, sound, controls) push the envelope of what a sixth generation system can do. Highest recommendation.

Fun & funny, but a little simple.
I do like the game, because it is fun to play. But I wish it had more to do apart from playing the missions. I also wish they made more things interactive in the game, vs just being there for show. Maybe it was the peak of technology for 2003, I don't know. There are lots of funny things the characters say that add to the game.

Fun game for the true Simpson's fan
Welcome to the town of Springfield, home of America's favorite family the Simpsons. Any fan of the show will immediately recognize Springfield landmarks like Moe's Tavern and the Kwik E Mart. Also present are the Simpson's family and most if not all of the supporting characters like Chief Wiggum, Apu, Millhouse, etc. Voiceovers are done by the actual Simpson's cast and the game's story is written by the Simpson's writers so you know the game stays true to the spirit of the show. While there are over 50 missions to complete the best part of the game is just driving around Springfield seeing the city and interacting with the characters. This is especially true while driving considering how much Homer is yelling when you hit pedestrians and other objects. Simpsons Hit and Run is also Multitap capable for up to four players. The game is fun to play and watch, even if its somewhat repetitive at times, and is a must for any fan of the show.Read full review

Bart gets strangled again, and gets abducted by Aliens
I think the game is awesome. You get to run over any one you can reach in the cars, beat people up out of anger or just do it for the heck of it, a whole bunch of cars and missions. Sure it has a little swearing if you bump in to alot of things but you can go almost any where and there are a lot of great and funny costumes from the comics and the t.v show. the only bad thing is the two player. Youonly get to race and it is extremely hard to control. But it`s still a great game if you don`t count the adult humor, swearing, and 2 player. One more thing. If you collect all the cards you unlock a funny itchy and scratchy cartoon. BUY IT if you can.

The game is good
The game is very good and it's in the condition as it says. The game was a really good game for 2003 but it did kinda feel weird playing it again not it's bad since 2003 was a long time ago it just felt weird playing this again since I got used to playing the PS4 so maybe that's why it felt weird. I love this game but yeah it has some minor issues but I would say it's a buy and worth the money.
