This is my second 13" MacBook Pro. The last one (2012 model - handed down to high-school age son) was already a good example of a sensible sweet spot of size, weight, features and battery life. This one is simply a newer version, but retains the overall most sensible combination of conflicting requirements. Very good display, enough processing power, enough memory and sufficient storage if you are using iCloud at all. All at a size and weight that is still easy enough to haul around, and with a battery life that meets most of my off-charger needs.
