Considered to be the best home conversion of Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 because it has all of the combos from the arcades. The PS2 and Xbox versions have fixes that remove some of the combos. The game's graphics have been and probably always will be flashy and crowd pleasing. It attracts mesmerized stares from non-gamers. The music is ironically laid back acid jazz balads. Most players forget that this game has music. Some of the characters—such as Magneto and fly-mode Sentinel—are blindingly fast and can cut novice players into ribbons. Even some of the least-popular characters have long combos that can slowly chip away almost 100% of an opponent’s vitality. As a superhero you must figure out how to survive in a vicious, hostile dog-eat-dog hurtbox. You must out-smart your opponents even when you can’t out-speed them or out-combo them. Among your starting characters, the best is probably Cable because of a glitch with his beam super. As you easily trounce the final boss over and over you will unlock the better characters. This game is best played with 2 players. From time to time the one-player mode can be fun on the hardest difficulty.Read full review

Game came in a nice case to hold the disc in, the quality of the disc is superb, practically looks brand new. Game runs well and all works good.

Pros: - Fast paced - Flashy super moves - 3 characters per team - Up to 6 characters on the screen at a time - Combo system allows for many consecutive hits - Tons of levels and characters to unlock - Great cast of characters - Single player mode will keep you entertained for hours, day, weeks, and possibly even months. - Two player mode will keep you entertained for years! - The Dreamcast version feels much more like the arcade version than the PlayStation 2 version. It is a very noticeable difference to me. I believe this is because Marvel vs. Capcom 2 on the arcade uses the Sega Naomi board. The Sega Naomi board is essentially a Dreamcast system, but with twice as much system and video memory, and four times as much sound memory. I assume it was easier to port this game to the Dreamcast than it was to port it to the PlayStation 2. Cons: - The character select screen has one annoying song that constantly loops itself.Read full review
This game is dope. Dreamcast controllers make your hands cramp up pretty bad if your a normal handed adult, but what's that got to do with MvC2! The game is flawless. Totally imbalanced, great cast of characters and makes you really want to work to unlock everyone. My go-to murder murder kill team is Sakura/Iron Man/Cyclops.... get em
