One or the other but couldn't fit both caddy and rails. Works okay with just rauls though.
I couldn't get both the rails and the caddy to fit within the bay on the X220. It was one or the other. I went with the rails only which fit fine and didn't allow any jiggling. Makes the drive a bit tougher to get out though as there's no "tab". Still, it was a cheap solution and did work. Plus I don't expect the drive is going to be taken out again now that it's been replaced.
