I was able to pick one up for $50 - great price for a full windows 10" tablet. Pair it with a keyboard with touchpad and a tablet stand and you have a full desktop computer. This is a great tablet for web and email --- do not expect more than that after all it has only 1gb of ram. But what it does, it does well and that is email, internet (I have +10 tabs open all the time and it does not phase it), music (8 tracks, Spotify, Songza, etc) , and it will play Youtube with no hiccups. Do not expect any hard core gaming or video editing with this tablet.

Would freeze constantly. Volume would not work and would randomly turn back on. Finally after a few months it wouldn't turn on at all no matter how much I charged it, tried to do a hard reboot but nothing. I am a IT major and could not figure out what was wrong with it

I purchased this rebuilt for 50 dollars, and I am absolutely thrilled with it. I had been using an old Apple iPad 1 for a tablet PC but it had reached the age of retirement, and beyond as most of the software I wanted to run needed an newer apple OS to run on the machine, and of course Apple will not release up dates for that old a machine. This machine came with a fresh install of Windows 8.1, and since I am beyond the free upgrade to 10, I am going to leave it that way. It does nearly everything I want it to do, and once I find a decent Bluetooth keyboard, I may well put away my laptop until I get back to doing some serious writing. Well editing photos on this tablet may be out of the question due to the computer only having one gig of RAM, but that doesn't seem to slow down other applications, and editing could be done on this machine in a pinch I guess. That said, I am hesitant to put Photoshop on her, perhaps something more lightweight would be in order. I find the front facing camera a dream, takes better photos then my iPhone 4s, at least to my casual observation. The battery seems to give quite a long time, while on on par with the HUGE battery in the iPad, it lasts nearly as long and is much lighter in weight. Given the choice to purchase this tablet again, I would jump at the chance, and never look back.Read full review

Despite what people say the tablet works awesome. It boots fast. It runs windows perfectly. Yes I'd you use desktop mode it lags disable areo and it will be fine. I found it to be quick and snappy and very lag free. Battery life is about 6 or so hours depending on what you are doing. Beats my android tablet hands down.
