These are exactly as described. So far I have used three of them without any problem. I know they have a limited life because Apple apparently makes it impossible to substitute for their expensive cords, but the cost of these cords was so reasonable I'm fine with using them as long as they work. I will order again because I like to have spares for my home and my car. Very satisfied with the product.
