expensive for a used part. waste of money. better to go with a generic M.2 NVME / M.2 SATA pci-e adapter for 80% less money. it accomplishes the exact same thing. Actually a bad design by lenovo. better to have the extra pci-e lanes on a pci-e slot. there should be a pci-e x8 slot on the system.
