    Clan’t be beat

    It works as advertised but the xfinity rep I worked with was not too sharp so it took 1 hour to get everything set up. The battery was missing so I emailed the supplier and I had the battery in about a week. Everything works great.

    Defective unit. Lost a day working with it

    Unit was defective. Had a reboot issue that did not develop until I had spent most of the day on the phone with comcast. Should have bought new. Wasted a lot of time. Cannot recommend a refurb unit.

    Arris modem/ not in working condition

    The Arris Surfboard had to be released from the original owner. The Arris technician had to reset the modem. The modem should have been in working condition and it was not.
