This rating is for the seller, not the product. Shipping was fast and price is very good. However, the tablet is very slow compared to my Samsung. WiFi gets dropped every time during recharging. It's easy to turn WiFi off and back on, but that shouldn't have to happen. Some apps need to be installed with APKPure (free download) such as Netflix and Audible and others. It's OK for the price.

Weather had an effect on shipping. With that said, the seller was in contact constantly. We both kept track of the package. Very much worth the buy. Worth making a favorite seller. Everything was as shown. Sometime during the shipping components came loose. The lenses were all off. Not a problem. Nothing was broken or damaged.
