I ordered two of these and they arrived in great condition and have worked perfectly. Given the fact that these were OEM Lenovo AC power packs that is no surprise. The power packs had minimum signs of wear and had new cords for the wall outlet side of the power packs. The cord ends that plug into the laptop were in perfect working order too.

I noticed that when in use cause significant heat. Make me worried it might burn the brick. But it is functioning. I'm not sure if it's original causes I have De same power brick but they have a slight different on the underside label.

There is not a lot to say about the actual power supplies: I already had several from various sources, and these were just fine. (I have put them at various places so that I can carry the computer around and connect it to line power anywhere I want to use it.) But I will also say that this dealer gave very good service1
