One of the best things about this keyboard is that it relieves wrist strain. I feel the difference almost immediately, compared to a regular straight keyboard. After a full day of programming I don't feel any discomfort in my wrists. It is also is the best keyboard with a built-in trackpad that I could find. It's very conveniently located and allows moving the mouse without taking fingers away from the keyboard, which greatly improves my work speed. When one of the buttons stopped working after 10 years of use, I searched the Internet for an alternative. Still, after all these years, I think this keyboard is the best, so I bought myself the second one. I couldn't be happier that I did.

This is a great keyboard for those who have had or have carpel tunnel problems as I have. The split angeled keys help relieve the stress caused by regular keyboard use. I also like the built in touch pad. I can move the cursor without removing my hands form the keyboard -- unlike using a conventional mouse. This is the 3rd Adesso keyboard of this type which I have owned over he course of about 15 years. Bought this one when my previous one started to give out after 8 or 9 years. I love this keyboard and wouldn't use anything else!
As a professional programmer, I would generally sit around and type all day. At the end of the day, my wrists would HURT! And at night, my hands would fall asleep faster than I would! So I switched to ergonomic keyboards, and my discomfort level declined immensely. This particular one has a nice trackpad built-in. I don't use it much, preferring a trackball. But it is very useful when something is strange with the computer, and my trackball quits working. I can then use the trackpad to save and quit my work before re-booting. I took away a star for a couple reasons: 1) the trackpad buttons are in front of it, and if you have a cluttered desk, sometimes a notepad or a book or something will hold one of the buttons down. It can be intermittent, and difficult to troubleshoot! My previous Adesso ergonomic had the mouse buttons to the side, which worked better for me. 2) The keys are a bit fragile, and I've broken several. So when I replace a keyboard, I keep the old key tops for spares. But perhaps I ask too much of a keyboard; these are probably not any more fragile than most keyboards out there. Overall, very recommended! But if you have a cluttered desk, buy the model without the trackpad.Read full review

It’s a cracking keyboard BUT. Symbol’s like @ & “ are in the wrong place with some symbol’s having different key symbols. So press ‘ & you get @ The contour makes using the board really comfortable though getting used to using your typing skills properly takes time 😊 Overall I’d give it an 8/10 Just sort out the mixed up symbol keys please

Overall a good keyboard. The space bars tend to insert an extra space (two spaces instead of one) sometimes. I think a rollerball would have been more ideal for me, as I feel like my wrist is in and uncomfortable position when using the touchpad. Generally satisfied w/ keyboard.
