I started using Quickbooks in 1995. I used it until 2007. I stopped the accounting system all together. I just started the accounting system again and that the reason why I purchased it; however, the concept of the accounting system is the same, but the manner in which you have to apply what you need is different, so I am having a difficult time trying to understand what it once quickbooks used to be. Yes, there is the online help and you print out the instructions; but they used to have small pop up que cards and that was a lot easier and faster. Nonetheless, it's taking me sometime to get the results that I used to have, but the accounting system all together will suffice once I get the hang of it.

I am so frustrated with the overzealous need for security and passwords . . . I HATE IT .... It is too complicated to keep track of and too hard to work through . . . I wish Intuit would just let me decide what security I want (or do not want) and stop this overkill!!!! I have seen other's comments and I am definately NOT ALONE FEELING THIS WAY.

I've been using QB Pro since 2004 & upgrade every (2) yrs. I also use Turbo Tax & I like the way it imports my data to do my corporate returns.

Been using QB since 1998 when it was $79/yr for payroll and you only upgraded the program every 3/4yrs! Having said, this software install was pretty seamless and easy. I will definitely be back again next year...unfortunately!
