It was simple to connect my phone to my car audio via Bluetooth. Still haven't figured out how to get the FM transmitter to work. Called technical support, and while they were very professional and helpful I still couldn't get the FM transmitter working. Not tripping though, the Bluetooth to car stereo works just fine. Best part is now I can transmit audio from my smartphone to my car stereo. So convenient and so helpful. Still have to get a microSD card for the Scoscho so I can play mp3s through my car stereo also, that'll happen at another time. I'm quite pleased with the product overall. I'd buy it again.

It reminds me of the old cassette adapters except those sounded better. I'm not sure if it's more my car's factory stereo or this device, but there's tons of static and noise on top of hearing my music. It's the bare minimum if you can't get a new stereo. Buy it used; it's not worth full price.

I purchased this item to connect my Droid to my car radio. As soon as I plugged the device in it automatically connected through my Bluetooth to my car radio immediately. That was super nice due to the fact that I am elderly and it is confusing for me to add devices. I hadn't picked a radio station so static was present because the device was competing with a radio station that was currently broadcasting and the power port I selected seemed to not be properly grounded. I picked a frequency that no radio station was using and it cleared up about half the static. I noticed Everytime I touched the device that the rest of the static stopped I had another power port in my center car console that I was planning on using to hide the device. When I plugged in that port almost all the static was gone. On the highway there is very little or no static. In the city I do have a small amount of static present. I don't know if it is possible to purchase a device that will be completely static free in all environmental conditions. Most of my driving is out on the highway so it works extremely nice for me. I also live in a small city and do not experience static there. Again the only time I notice static is in a big city or if a radio station is broadcasting on the same frequency. At first I was a little worried that the sound quality would be bad like other cheap bluetooth adapters. But after connecting it to my car I was wowed by the quality which makes u think that you are listening to a cd. Really good product and I recommend it to anyone whose car doesn't have a bluetooth or an aux cord.
