It is a good printer that is well priced. I just dislike the fact that it's dpi is a little too low and so the printed labels sometimes struggle to be scanned at UPS/USPS.

Refurbished isnt a bad word, its truly the way to go get the best thermal printer without hurting the bank.
I have used Zebra thermal printers in the past and they are my go to brand for the easiest setup and easy troubleshooting if there are issues (which I have only had a couple in the years I have been using Zebra). I was hesitant to buy a new one with a $400 price tag, I like that there are vendors out there that refurbish these and resell at a more affordable cost, because they are truly the next level for your thermal label print game. I have used Zebra thermal printers in the past and they are my go to brand for the easiest setup and easy troubleshooting if there are issues (which I have only had a couple in the years I have been using Zebra).
