Nicely compact, and seems fairly durable. Not to worried about damaging it. The slide cover is a bit stiff to move, but that also helps keep it closed when not in use and stuck in a pocket. Will do just nicely replacing my older, too small, 8G Sony Click. Wanted something along the same idea as the Click, as far as the retractable port, but with a bit more space and in a reasonable price range, I found it with this little thumbdrive.

This USB PNY 32GB flash drive is the slowest drive I have ever used or seen. The fastest read speed is 17mb and the fastest write speed is 4mb. And the slowest is "Not Responding". I've tried the drive in 3 different laptops with the same result. But it does read and write and retain the data you transfer to it. They always say you get what you pay for and in this case they were correct.

As with all the PNY USB Flash Drives, including the various size Attaché drives, you cannot go wrong. They are well-constructed and reliable. I use them for transferring data on the move and also for system and bootable backups for the newer systems. Other drives may be more expensive and may have better MTF (mean time to failure) statistics, but the PNY drives give much better than average value for money.
This usb stick is a slow usb 2.0 and be careful mine was 32gig but only had 26gig even after formating ntfs . I have heard it is a common problem with this model usb flash drive.
