Laptop to desktop, with one smooth move.
On the road, a laptop should be a laptop. At home, or in the office, you simply don't NEED a big old laptop lying on the desk. In comes the Henge/Brydge vertical dock. Whatever you want plugged into your laptop - external display, keyboard, mouse, external storage, ethernet - stays plugged into the dock. Slide your laptop into the vertical dock, and you're ready to use it as a desktop/workstation. No fuss, no muss, just as sweet as sweet can be. Mine stays hidden behind the monitor, completely out of sight and out of mind, until I'm ready to hit the road again! The single downside of this is, Henge/Brydge did not see fit to install all the ports for your various dongles. You will find yourself plugging in something like a Belkin dock to accommodate all your addons, such as the HDMI ... On the road, a laptop should be a laptop.
