    I would NOT buy another like it !

    Possibly it has been on the shelf a long time...needs to be charged every other day. it it always on, but used only once or twice daily & for only a minute or two Not much better that my old battery that was about 5 years old

    Battery wasn't the problem

    The battery arrived in a couple of days. When inserted in the phone, the phone did just as it had been doing - shutting off and turning on, so the problem wasn't a bad battery but a malfunctioning phone. Fortunately, it's the same battery as my wife's phone uses, so now she has a spare.
