Yeah, you'll pay more...but for good reason. There are fewer available, for starters. Also it's faster, there are ramps for more visual depth(not just flat tracks), more weapons, more features, cooler tracks, more challenges. You can choose how you spend your race winnings! It's definitely one of those games that greatly improved over the first version.
This game is fanTASTIC!! if you like fun 8-bit racing games RC pro am is the best for the NES. It has all the things you love from the original and then they add jumps and a 4 player option if you have the 4-score!! 4 player action on the NES!! A must have for any collector and highly recommended.
