The seller was very responsive to my messages and was understanding about the need to change delivery address. They were also appreciative of my suggestion to add a note to motherboard listings that the IO shield is included to avoid confusion (that I had).
Once shipped, the box remained in Pennsylvania for about four days in a UPS facility, but, as this was out of the seller’s control, it won’t affect my feedback.

Motherboard as described and show in photos. The board was well packed and undamaged when delivered. The board had the plastic cover over the CPU socket that is found with new boards so as to protect the pins. What a difference that makes when shipping, and thank the seller for taking the time to ensure the CPU pins were properly covered. After testing, updating the BIOS, clearing CMOS, spending some time overclocking and playing games, the board works great.
