Required lengthy (about 20 min.) session with Epson tech to make it work on my Mac's Wi Fi. Not intuitive, and the set up info that came with it was not adequate for WiFi. USB worked perfectly with minimal hassle. Not a heavy duty commercial office unit but seems good for my once-a-year tax scans. Paper feed needs work; be careful to load paper straight and not creased.

The Epson Workforce ES-300W is a great little scanner. And I mean little - it doesn't take up much room on my desk. I use it in USB mode and it is really fast. I have burned through a stack of documents and magazines I have been meaning to take care of for years. The software has a few issues but I can deal.

This scanner has all the bells and whistles in a small package. It scans both sides of pages fast with great resolution. It has the ability to connect wireless and also has a battery built in when you don’t have an outlet to connect to but the pages will scan a little slower. The software has the ability to save pdf documents with OCR as well as to save to cloud services such as Dropbox. Well done Epson.

Used this product in all 3 modes; USB-AP-WIRELESS. It performed like a champ. I also used it on my PC, Android Tablet, and my Phone. WOW!! I also operated the unit with the supplied charger and on battery. Also charged thru my USB port and also used the charger. Business card scanning leaves a little to be desired but I use my flatbed scanner for cards. All in All, this scanner is fantastic. There is no user manual with the unit. You need to go to the Epson website and download it. The manual is very detailed and will walk you thru everything.
