I bought this to replace a terrible Startech Thunderbolt 3 docking station. It didn’t work right away which was surprising so I went to the Targus website and downloaded the exe file which included the display and Ethernet drivers. After installation and rebooting it worked great. I am using it on 2 HP Omen 27” Monitors on HDMI at 2560 x 1440 resolution at 60HZ. I got it for a great price ($50 shipped - Refurbished) but I would not pay full price for it.
