Still has some glitches after all this time. I wish they would sit a novice down in front of a computer and watch what happens. Some areas are solid while some are buggy as ever. The step by step works well but every time there is a minor change the entire section must be reviewed and same questions answered. Downloading info from financial institutions is a good feature as is explanation of changes in tax/refund amount. $25 to e-file State return is too high.
