Purchased as a gift because I have two and love them. The one has been running daily for years now. The remote works well and frame is responsive. I’ve tried a couple of other frames but they both failed after 8 month and 4 months for the replacement. I use a memory card with it which I load from my computer. Some newer frames have the ability to use Bluetooth and send photos from your phone. This is more old school, but it keeps on working.
