The adaptor arrived as promise and was as expected, it was somewhat easy to set up. However, it did take a few attempts for the adapter to connect to my network, but that was mostly do due the software and not the adapter itself. The instructions that came with the adaptor were clear and easy to understand. I would recommend this if you have an older Ooma Telso. If your planning to buy the a new one, I would save your money and buy the new unit that has wireless network connectivity built in.

Biggest problem with this product is that the installation instructions, do not work. I watched several UTube videos as well, and still had a lot of trouble. You will need to contact Ooma for help and it may take several calls.

This adapter is just a spare. I have another one I am using that I thought was a goner. I turns out that all I had to do was reinstall the gadget. Once in a while that has to be done for whatever reason. Incase the one that I am using really goes out, I have the spare.
