Must of received some bad ones...
Would not work in my Lenovo T61, kept causing blue screen, I tried-tested them in my other Lenovo T61 that already had a different brand of 8GB, 2x4GB in it that work good, those other ram I got did also caused blue screen in my other T61. So I don't know if one or both of the ram sticks I received were bad causing blue screen-one or both were bad. So I had to order the other brand ram sticks that work, when I received those and put them in so far they are working good...Would not work in my Lenovo T61, kept causing blue screen, I tried-tested them in my other Lenovo T61 that already had a different brand of 8GB, 2x4GB in it that work good, those other ram I got did also caused blue screen in my other T61. So I don't know if one or both of the ram sticks I received were bad causing blue screen-one or both were bad. So I had to order the other brand ram sticks that work, when I received those and put them in so far they are working good...

Bought a pair of these to update a Dell Latitude laptop. The first RAM card locked up the computer and elicited the same response when installed in the second slot. The second RAM card seems to be functioning ok for the moment. I went through a lot of customer pain to return the defective card. I would recommend sticking with name brand RAM if at all possible. Works perfectly for laptop rated only for 4 GB, but can use 8GB. No problems. Be sure you get the right type memoryDDR vs DDR2 or DDR3. They are not interchangeable.
