These people are the scum of the earth. They will lie cheat and steal just to make a buck. When I received the laptop it still had the last persons personal information & pictures on it. I even found their address. They claimed they factory reset the computer but all they did was "attempt" to clean it out and change the login "user" with no password. These people are idiots and don't care at all about your personal information. If I was a scammer I could have committed identity fraud with all the information that they left on there. The. They had the audacity to lie and say they reset everything and I didn't know what I was talking about. I'm an effing Network Administrator Idiots! Do not buy from this company they are the worst!
