I Bought this trackball mouse to help ease the pain in my wrist. I was just diagnosed with carpal tunnel. I can lay my hand on top of the well designed curvature which keeps my wrist movement to a minimum and use my thumb to roll the ball and my fingertips to click. Being a stationary mouse, It's comfortable and sensitive enough not to add any stress to the hand and injured wrist. Think of it as an added feature to your body. It's that good. I use this mouse hardcore for work which is very demanding. As far as build quality. I was just looking for a cheap trackball mouse but when I opened the box I realized this item is top notch. It doesn't look or feel like a toy like I had expected. Its built and designed in Germany. It also comes with an extra trackball which I also didn't expect. I know this mouse will last. For the $25 bucks I spent it was well worth the money for the superior quality and the healing of my wrist. If I was a doctor I would prescribe this brand to all people with wrist , shoulder problems. No more pain. Thank you.Read full review

So I started a new job recently, and I wanted to buy a mouse for my company-issued laptop (can't stand laptop mouse pads). I have a wireless trackball at home, but it's a pain to keep buying batteries for it. Best Buy doesn't even carry wired trackball mice anymore! The price of this unit is surprisingly low, and I really like the way it performs. It even comes with TWO trackballs, while most don't. I would highly recommend this product.
