Works well on light surface scratches. Deeper ones or circular ones not so well even when resurfacing the DVD's a number of times. However, even though it doesn't do well on those types of scratches I would recommend using it.

So, this tool is really to use and put together. Just add the handle and snap it in and you are ready to go. It usually takes 1 - 2 minutes to do a full turn buffer on each CD, which is not too long. However, it ireally doesn't perform as expected. My discs still do not read after cleaning each one 2 - 3 times. Instructions said all that is needed is 2 times for each CD. If you have CDs with a lot of scratches, this is not for you. Skip this entirely. This is only made for minor and not deep scratches.

I bought this based on my experience with the original GAMEDR repair device. Mine finally gave up after almost 10 years. That device was solid and worked like a champ. However the company and it's new design have nothing on the original. Not only did it completely ruin the disc I wanted to clean/repair. The FlexiWheel came completely off. If you can find the original I would recommend that, however do not waste your money on this garbage. Just spend the few extra to have a professional restore. *I am a real buyer and not a spokesman for any company.*

Purchased this filter to reduce the lead content of our water. The amount was reduced from 0.0142 mg/L to 0.0029 mg/L where the maximum allowable concentration for lead in drinking water is 0.010 mg/L. The filter was fairly easy to install with some basic plumbing knowledge, but stopping the leaks from the plastic fitting to the metal water pipe fitting was a little challenging.

First off, read the reviews before you decide to purchase. Remember to keep your disc very wet while resurfacing. Keep the handle moving in a smooth constant forward motion. A couple drops of cr@zy glue will stop the handle from constantly falling off. Some discs are thicker than others and will make resurfacing harder. Good luck with your project.
