The product was sold as new and it was a perfect fit. But, there were 3 very small blemishes on the screen (little pitted spots- or something- that I could not remove) and the assembly, on the inside, looked as if there was some tape (heat tape of some sort) removed. I carefully removed the tape from the assembly being replaced and reattached it to the 'new assembly'. All in all, though, I am pleased with the product and would, if needed, buy from them again. Thank you
