I've used MS Office for years and the 2016 edition is very good. I use Word and Excel and use the mail merge feature to print out address labels for mailings. That data comes from an Excel spreadsheet file. I suppose Outlook for emails and email addresses may be very good, it's more than what I need. AOL mail seems to have the features that I've grown accustomed to. For this eBay purchase the key came via email. I followed directions to supply this information to Microsoft's download center. The download and then installation went without a glitch. For me, I like the idea of saving and storing my files to my PC's hard drive. I do my own automatic backups using Windows Defender and also have all of my document files stored on an external hard drive.

I used the right click - run as an administrator and saw the screen that told me that the product was activated. However, whenever I run any of the modules, I get a screen that asks me to activate or to buy the product. It also appears that I won't be able to update since the activation didn't go through. I can X out of the activation screen and run the programs for now but it is certainly not what I had hoped for. I sent several emails to the company but when they couldn't figure it out, they stopped replying to my email

I don’t know where these come from or how they’re so cheap, but it’s great, and it works. I bought a license for just one year from Best Buy for some ridiculous amount of money when I bought the laptop. I hardly used it for the first year, and it would’ve cost me another ton to renew the license, so I checked eBay for something linger term. I bought a product key a year or two ago here, and though I had my concerns that it might not be genuine, because of the price, it was, and it worked perfectly. I had to reset the computer to solve some issues with the laptop, and lost the MS Office app. So the one drawback was that what I’d bought was only a one-time key, but for the price, I didn’t hesitate to buy another one here. Installed the new one and I’m back in business.

You can not beat the price for a real version of MS Office. I had an email response to my purchase in less than six hours. It included a download link and the product key. The link worked perfectly and from there on it was just like you had paid full price. MS is updating office on a regular basis.

I have bought 4 of these office products for myself and family members. They always work and still work at least a year later. This particular one would only activate/download when using edge as the browser, but it finally worked. This is a 2016 model, but there are very few new features in the brand new 2018 product that make it worth the fortune they are charging for it. I have no problems using the 2016 model for everything here in 2018
