This is by far my favorite mouse. I broke my first R.A.T. 7 (my own fault) and opted to get a R.A.T. 5 to replace it, just due to that it was a little less expensive. I was happy with that for a few years. But, I finally treated myself to a replacement R.A.T. 7 and am so glad I did. I remembered just how amazingly this mouse worked and felt. I have always loved the build quality and weight of it. The option to add or remove weights let you find the sweet spot if you lift the mouse constantly. I do that a lot. The customization of it is perfect for a control freak like me that needs things to be exactly as I want them. It doesn't take long to find what you like. My personal setup is with the rubberized palm rest and the pinky rest wing they provide. It keeps you hand off of the mouse mat and on the mouse where it belongs. The sensor is ultra accurate and durable. The new software for the mouse is better than it used to be. I don't need to create bunches of profiles since I mostly play FPS games anyway. But, you can set up the dpi's for each level just how you want. The overall location and tactile feedback of all the buttons are just right. They are responsive and just work. In all, I would recommend this mouse to anyone, because it can be customized to any user.Read full review

With 13 to 90 programmable buttons (Depending on how you count), one would think it would be quite uncomfortable to hold. While that is the case with most MMO mice, including Mad Catz' later MMO TE, the MMO 7 does not have that problem. The buttons are not situated all together as it is with most MMO mice, making it easy to use for gaming, without accidentally pressing the wrong button. It is quite pricy, as it is no longer in production. Many have reported the mouse falling appart or ceasing to work. I have not experienced any issues with the white M.M.O. 7 mouse.

One of the best mouses i have ever bought, has 17 buttons and can program 90 command into it, also looks super cool!!! MADCATZ has great customer service for their products and great personal experience dealing with them, i have 5 of these mouses now and plan on getting a few more, also makes a great gift.I could read you the spec sheet but thats not a review, get one of these for yourself you will be pleased!!
This is the best mouse I have ever had, the only knock is I wish there was better info on setting it up with my computer. But that is no biggie it is still a Great Product and Great Cool Factor.
