Great product!
My upper case (palmrest) cracked due to the screen being very hard to open and close. So I replaced it with a little help from youtube and now my computer looks as good as new. Then I unscrewed the screen a drop so it won't crack this one. The product looks great and has the original quality, would recommend this to anyone.

Perfect fit
Like the previous reviewer, with a little help from youtube, I replaced both the upper and lower which had cracked. this part is identical to the original part and it seems like an OEM part, from the metal stiffeners to the foam gaskets and EMI protection everything was identical. Very pleased. Thank you

Good replacement case but with some minor flaws
Package arrived earlier than expected. Bottom base is little bent in one side and its edges are not smoothed out. Other than that, no major complaints. Good fit for my Inspiron 5548 laptop, it looks almost like new laptop now :)
