It's a very nice piece of equipment, love it very much, it's very fast and complete. There is just one thing that makes me hate it and it is the 16 gig of hard drive space. After all my years in the computer business, I should have known better before I bought it... The fact is that with a full installation of Windows 7 plus another operating system such as Android in a 16 gig drive what you have left is merely 2 gigs of space... You can always stick an sd micro memory chip, but the performance of such memory to hold and run an application such as MS Office or something else is very poor. My advise would be if you are certain that you want it, spend the extra buck and get at least the 32 gig model of it.
Excellent alternative to IPAD with much more affordable pricing. Its OS is ANDROID 2.2 which is friendly enough despite the fact I cannot find a way to delete email accounts previously set.!!! Viewsonic customer support was not very helpful with that. But they were absolutely wonderful with support on my other dual boot Viewpad10. Strongly recommend to get a 32 GB tablet if you want to consider the dual boot with Win 7 (more enjoyable but pricy) The SD slot could handle an extra 32 GB storing space. The web cam is good enough for chatting. Android market always has some extra goodies for free. I like this tablet for internet surfing, ebook reading and mostly its affordable price.
I like everything about this Tablet. the dual boot OS is great. I do the work on Windows 7 and play on the Android. Its a very good Tablet unlike the Cheesy piece of crap called IPAD. I thought specs were just right for me. If you are looking for something BIG AND FAST buy a Gamer desktop,monitor,keyboard and mouse try to carry that BAD BOY around in your backpack. GOOD LUCK to all those looking for bigger and better. this is a very capable Tablet for all your mobile needs.
The idea to have 2 operating system is good but HDD 16 Gb it is not enought for both operating system.
Very fast hardware with the right tweaks it is better than a IPad for under 300.00 I recommend Vegan Tab 7.0.0
