This is a rebuilt phone very similar to my old phone. Could not find one new and happy that there are folks that will fix these to be good as new. Love this type of land line and will use till they no longer exist (and I hope that never happens.)

after I figured how to reset the device it worked great. called Panasonic they offered help for a flat $99.99 or $9 a minute. I read the manual and no info on resetting. I got on the internet and a thousand or more articles popped up. like I said good product as long as you don't need help. an elderly person or someone with bad eye-sight would want to stay away from this product.
