I've just gone from plugging in a bundle of cables to my Laptop when using on the desktop to only one! I now have two additional monitors, keyboard, mouse, GB Lan and headphones, plus 4 free USB 3 ports, all by plugging one cable into a free USB 3.0 port! I had some issues with upgrading drivers on my old Windows 7 Laptop but it was well worth the effort. Note that I use my laptop for programming and IT things. I have no idea how it would perform in a gaming situation.

Versatile and great value. This product still sells for 100 on a lot of sites so 50 is great value. A quick driver update and it's working fine running 2 27 inch HD screens. Only downside is it has one hdmi and one DVI which is less common these days. I bought this so I could connect my old thinkpad and my work hp elite without changing heaps of wires.

Great device, got it for my Surface Pro 4 as the Microsoft Docking Station is getting too many negative reviews. Couldn't be happier with the device. Handles 2x 23inch Dell Ultrasharp via HDMI and DVI, has sound ports for 5.1. 6 USB3 is mighty handy and works find when all 6 USB 3.0 are used! It also works well as a single USB plug for my Desktop as well as my SP4.

A very useful universal dock, allowing 2 monitors, and providing multiple USB 3.0 ports as well as a LAN port. Having a single USB 3.0 cable to connect to makes it quick to connect, or remove, my laptop.

great for sorting out cables and providing a generic docking station for my netbooks. Would buy again. Do note that the DVI image is a bit hit and miss with ghosting and occasional interference, so I've reverted to HDMI instead and it's working just fine
