I set it up as instructed, got a new number and everything. I let my new home phone charge up before using and when i later tried to use it, it was nothing static and I Couldn't make or receive calls, now stuck with it and can't use it. I even bought a new home phone from the store, thinking that maybe the problem, but it's still not making calls and I can't get calls. All I get is static..

Not only is the product dependable and easy to use, the service is exceptional. I have been very pleasantly surprised by the length the Techs are willing to go to make sure your phone(s) are operational. They just recently sent me two more boxes programed for my phone numbers as my movers packed my office into a 40ft cargo container without giving consideration to the importance of rescuing my phone boxes. It is sometimes hard to find but, when you can find the Model HT701 unit, it is the least expensive internet phone service(VOIP) out there. It comes bundled with a complete package of telephone services including Caller ID and Messaging as well as others. Installation is quick and easy. You can even keep your old phone number to keep in simple. For a monthly fee of less than $15 including local taxes, you just cannot find a better deal.
