Nice mouse for the money. Nothing fancy, wheel tilt and press sensitive with right and left finger buttons. Once the usb sensor is plugged in, it loads right up and works great. Has on/off switch and comes complete with one AA battery. If you are looking for simplicity and function, this will fit your needs.

The track wheel sticks badly. I didn't notice at first because I don't use it except when opening new browser windows. But now that I have noticed, it hinders the way I work because I intuitively take long workarounds. And even though I can lift the front from the mouse button area (like the X4000), I can't remove the overlay to clean debris. Also, the transmitter is constantly flickering. My X4000 does not do that. I'm not sure why the X3000 needs to. Not sure what this is going to do to the battery life, but I'll assume it's going to eat it up. For these reasons, I sadly will not recommend this mouse.

Mouse is standard design mouse with normal functionality. The connector for charging cable is very hard to insert cable with. Battery life is minimal using lights feature.

Kind of your basic, bare bones mouse. Might not be the ergonomically perfect mouse with all the bells and whistles for the constant user, but it works just fine for every day home use.

I have had several of these through the years. They have always worked flawlessly and I have no complaints. The only reason I picked up this one is because my home was struck by lightning and the laptop that I was using was fried. The USB dongle was plugged into that laptop and no longer worked. But prior to that I had zero issues for years with it. So I wanted to purchase the same one again for that reason.
