a little disappointed. special effects slow the game play. a poponderence of the questions are circa 2003 and I would have liked to see a more even distribution or specialty game modes, like 90's, genus, or baby bomers edition. Celebrity readers were a nice touch. I might want to go with the new one. I hear that it keep your life time stats which I would like. This one doesn't.
We love it and have a lot of fun!

Here is my review: I think this game is like a TV show about answering random questions and win points. Personally I don't like the game because I'm a foreigner, and I don't know most of the questions, except this one "what's the smallest atom" --- culture difference, lol. But my roomate and his girlfriend like playing it.
Still a great game! My wife and kids love playing. Heck we like the regular board game too. If you get a chance to play this ps2 game, I am sure you will like it. But remember, trivia is fun until you miss the next 4 questions in a row.
Love this game, and love the Variety of play...playing online is the best, playing with other people all over the word makes the game even more fun. But having 3 different ways (4 if you count online) of playing Trivial Pursuit makes it worth the money!
