I've heard others say it's overpriced at MSRP, and I agree, so try to get this for less if you can. Otherwise, it's a really good card. I can see why so many people say that Magewell is a great brand. I've only had this card for a few weeks, but it's been working great so far. I had slight issues at first, but that was more my computer's motherboard than anything else. You need a PCIe x4 slot for this card, and you have to make sure your computer's motherboard has enough free PCIe lanes to be able to run it. For most people that just have one or two cards (a video card, and maybe something else, or an NVMe M.2 SSD), this shouldn't be a problem. But once you can get it installed, get the drivers for it off Magewell's website and set it up (they even have Linux drivers, which install easily; I tried it under Kubuntu 18.04, and all you need to do is run a Bash script), it works great. I currently use only one of the HDMI inputs for Twitch streaming so far, but I went with this card over the two-channel version because I couldn't find a better deal on it, and I got this one for only slightly more than the MSRP of the two-channel version, so it'll be interesting to see how this holds up when I start using more than one channel at the same time.
