Obviously this is excellent value over new enterprise and consumer gear. Even compared to other enterprise refurbished gear, the value is good, considering the free shipping and new batteries. My main concern was the quality of the batteries, but from my initials tests they charge up just fine and give APC's rated run times under load. Genuine APC batteries should last 3-5 years, so no way of knowing if I'll actually get that kind of life, but you do get a 1 year warranty. Equipment was packed very well and looks nearly brand new (hardly any scratches/dents). Overall pleased with the purchase and would recommend.

The price point is so low it's hard to say anything bad. Their support was good on one of the units which turned out to be fine. The only issue was the cord caps were 30amp (sideways blade); the ears for the rackmount were missing. If they had offered the rack mount slides i would have purchased them too. Worked great.

This is a great value buying refurbished with new batteries. A new 2000 watt rack mount UPS is thousands of dollars and this was under $400. I have been running it for nearly a month now with a 500 watt load for my home lab and it has been flawless so far.
