Decent product, if you're ok with the unnecessary menthol.
Good anti-friction properties because it has the dimethicone component, and stays around longer than some of the other products. The menthol is annoying and and completely unnecessary, however. Whatever "cooling" or "warming" effect it may have adds nothing to the function of the product, and is only less annoying once you have warmed up on the bike and lactic acid buildup and fueling/ hydration become more of your primary concerns. Great Cream!
Oddly, this cream isn't used for cycling at my house! My daughter is a competitive swimmer and often deals with very sensitive skin due to over chlorination. This cream soothes and protects her skin....even on her face and neck. Can't live without it!

Assos and DZ Nuts work great on long bicycle rides
This and DZ nuts work great on long rides. They are consistently manufactured (an issue I have had with other brands). Rarely need to reapply on rides shorter than 300K (186 miles).
