    Stick with factory---you can't go wrong!

    Whether it's Ruger or any other firearm brand you cannot beat an original factory manufactured magazine. I have never found an aftermarket magazine to work properly in any handgun I've owned. These mags work the way they are supposed to... and that is perfectly.

    Ruger Factory Sealed Magazine's for Ruger MKII, worked only after modification.

    For Factory Ruger magazines these were a let down. They do work in my original Ruger MKII. But they have plastic followers, and had to adjusted at the base. The magazine release hung up on a protrudence and seam on both. After sanding them smooth, they work. I own many Ruger products, this is the first time I have had this problem. Let alone twice with brand new factory sealed items.

    Very Nice OEM Mag

    I got a brand new mag for my Mark II and it works great. The only 'caveat' is that evidently this mag will not fit the Mark I or Mark III. There are a few after-market mags out there but I recommend the OEM. Thx

    What you need when you need it

    Ruger makes a great product. The fact that you own a semi-automatic pistol means you want multiple rapid fire if and when it's needed. An extra magazine never hurts and always comes in handy. If you shop on Ebay you know the price difference between factory original and aftermarket is a couple dollars. Spend the difference, your gun will like you for it.

    Works in my MarkII

    These have really rough movement even after lubrication. Not like my original which is about 30 years old and still as smooth as day one. The quality of these new magazines leaves a lot to be desired. They do work in my MarkII so I give them three stars for that. I am happy to have found them, but I am highly skeptical that they were manufactured by Ruger. I think they are knock offs.
