Right out of the gate, this watch is no punny time piece by any means. This watch commands respect due to it's strikingly bold appearance, there is nothing cheap about this very affordable 200m medium size diver. The bezel ring is classic in it's appearance, yet its functionality is precise. The fit and design of the bracelet is excellent, all edges have been addressed, all links are solid in construction. This watch is engineered for harsh use, all aspects of failure have been addressed, the bezel ring encasement has not changed at all The features that captured my attention are it being automatic with hand wind as well as hackable which is critical for many of it's applications and is equiped with a tried and true powerplant. Seiko does not disappoint and this is another incredible timepiece in the toolbox!Read full review

This is a monster and as such it's a bit edgy. This is obviously a matter of taste and I like it. Pros: very accurate. Fully wound it keeps time to within a few seconds/day. "Fully wound" means that you wear it. If it sits in a drawer for extended time (more than just overnight) the accuracy drops to tens seconds/day. Still great, as far as I am concerned. Cons: My watch has an outright defect: the bezel does not stay in place. For me bezel is just a decoration, but for whom it is important, this would be a major problem. The bezel turns and clicks nicely, but wearing the watch under completely normal conditions, and I am not a lumberjack, just sit whole day in front of a computer screen, there's apparently enough out there to turn the bezel. The second problem is the weight - about 180g. Now, I knew it before buying, so it is entirely my problem. The watch is comfortable to wear, but if you move sharply, you know it right away - the watch hits your hand. It's not a pleasant feeling as the watch is pretty edgy. Thus if I need to do something a bit more violent than typing on computer, I take the watch off. Higher end diver watches from Seiko and Swiss brands are lighter. I see that Tuna is ~125g Rolex, Omega et al also in that same ballpark. Again, it's an oversight on my part, but before buying, you may want to try it on.Read full review

Love this watch. If you were looking for something just a little more sophisticated than the previous generation Monsters, this is the version. Only quality issue I've noticed is the screw down crown. Feels like metal on metal grinding when you screw it down -- like the threads were very roughly cut. Never experienced a watch crown like this and I own many, many watches.

Keeping good time, looks great. First automatic watch for me. Wearing the watch seems to regulate it closer to accurate time. Temperature does change the timing. Cooler and it gains, warmer and it slows down.

Excellent experience with Time Gallery. Issue with first watch and they exchanged it without question. Marc provided super customer experience and kept me updated. Love the watch.
