    Where do I find that?????

    Great recipes and we love Jamie. The photos are beautiful! This was a gift for my husband and he said many translations needed from Brit to American measurement as well as ingredients. It’s been fun deciphering but could be daunting for some.

    I was so excited to get this book after watching Jamie's show. I really like his food choices, style, and personality The book itself is beautifully designed and content very thorough. In reality the recipes take much much longer to do if they are not fully prepped. The 15 minute draw works well for the show but not in reality.

    This may be the most compelling cookbook I’ve bought in years. So many great recipes, served family style, and you can get the family to eat their veg and love it. These are more like 30 minute meals but it’s not a huge deal at all...it just takes a few more minutes to prep and perfect for the rest of us non-chefs.

    15 Minutes with Jaimie

    Do the grocery list first. Once that's done, you can turn almost anything into a 15 minute meal with Mr. Oliver's help. It's good to get used to cooking in this fashion. Very healthy products.

    There are a few cookbooks on my shelf taking up valuable real estate - purchased for one or two good recipes. Move over! This one is packed with great recipes and information!!
