Bad quality control
Two of the 4 frame mounting brackets had bad threads on the inserts that appear to be pressed into somehow. One of the inserts broke loose from the bracket just try to tighten it up and it was not cross threaded. The picture shows 4 brackets you need to install inside the frame, the 2 on the left are defective with the top left picture showing the threaded insert broken off from the bracket. The bottom left bracket would not thread in but about 1/2 turn. The 2 on the right were fine. Also, the 2 inflation you need were missing from the hardware. I could have gotten them from Ride-Rite but after the bracket problem I won't be installing Ride-Rite products.
