The seller responded to my feedback and offered me a $30 partial refund. Messaged the seller back through E-bay. Seller then claimed that the return window was closed and never made mention of the $30 refund. E-bay has no recourse and can not enforce a Seller to make good any offer made to you, EVEN if it is done using the E-bay message format and statements made TO YOU can be documented. Another reason to do your homework and read the NEG feedback first before you purchase on E-bay
