Finally got to do the job, what a winter! Electrical fitment was an issue. Don't slack this step it could cause you problems later. Solder a proper size lug to the solenoid wire, tape and bolt properly to avoid a short. The original Ford starter had a blade connector that you'll cut off leaving as much wire length as possible. Satisfaction in a job well done!
