Packaging and shipping was good. mirror plugged right in also came with an adaptor if needed. Nice and solid. Bolted right up no problems. Negative is mirror does shake/vibrate more when on the highway. Not enough shake for me to send them back but I'd try a different manufacturer. 4 out of 5 stars because of shake in mirrors.
