Received a spray painted used compress with a patched harness. Connector has what looks to be mouse chew marks and packed with old grease. I am not even trusting to put this garbage in.

They bought a REMAN compressor expecting a new compressor. A reman is going to have blems as ITS NOT A NEW COMPRESSOR.

Excellent communication with seller. Fairly fast shipping via postal service. However, upon opening the box, the wire to the AC clutch was pinched/compromised. and a return process started to just get a full refund. May have been damaged during shipping, but they used expanding foam packing to maximize product from damage. So if you find a problem, please be patient for them to reply & resolve your issue. Also, it's imperative that you follow installation procedures for the warranty!

While the wrong part was sent, they provided a return shipping label and a full refund nice I shipped back. While I didn’t get the fix I needed they did handle the issue great and I would recommend them as a good ebayer to buy from. They stand behind their product and offer great customer service.
