This lip does fit on my 95 del sol bumper. Out of the box, it will be 1-2 too short. You will need to leave it out in the sun for a couple of hours. Then attached one side and see if you can now attach it to the other side. If it's still too short, use duct tape to hold it up onto the bumper as tightly as possible. Let it sit out in sun for another hour and then you should be able to get it to stretch and fit properly onto your bumper. Direct sunlight and patience is your friend.
